If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide supporting photos. The product will be replaced at no additional cost.

If an incorrect item is delivered or the product arrives damaged, Dar Al Fakhama will cover all shipping and replacement costs.

If the customer requests an exchange for reasons unrelated to product damage or an error by the store, the customer will be responsible for any applicable shipping costs.

Products purchased using promotional vouchers, gift vouchers, or store credits are not eligible for cash refunds. Approved claims will be compensated with a replacement voucher or store credit.
